How to return my order?
The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days upon delivery.
To make a return we need your postal code and the DHL tracking number, which you will find in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can enter the order number. Please make sure you include the hashtag before the order number.
Please allow approximately 14 days for us to process the returned order.

How long do I have to return an item?
Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original labels attached and all packaging. No product that has been worn or is used or damaged will be accepted for return.
If these conditions are not met, Volaire reserves the right to refuse the return and refund. In such circumstances, the item will be returned to you.
Is the return free of charge?
Yes, the return within the specified period of 14 days after delivery and in compliance with the conditions for a return is free of charge (see above).
What do I have to consider when returning the goods?
To return products, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete. Customers will not be refunded for additional shipping costs if any are incurred. Returns or exchanges that are worn, damaged or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted.
I received the wrong product, what should I do?
