Products & Collection Drops
We are launching 3-4 capsule collections every year, every other month – with limited editions only. Occasionally, we might launch capsule collections or secret drops unannounced. So, make sure to subscribe to our Volaire Member Club to be the first to know about what's going on.
We believe that every product that touches your skin must be extraordinarily good. We value quality over quantity. And we believe that good things come in small portions.
Each of our limited-edition products includes a label which indicates the respective number of the product and the total number of quantity available of that certain collection piece.
The quality of our goods is our highest priority, and we focus on the use of organic, eco-friendly and/ or recycled materials in our manufactory.
We recommend you check the product specifications on the product detail page of the item you are interested in – we specify the exact composition of materials for each garment there.
All our products are manufactured in a family-run production just outside of Porto in Portugal (EU). Our manufacturer focuses on sourcing each material in the production process from suppliers within a radius of 35 km around the production facility.
To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the product page.
Volaire's product range is currently fitted to male sizes. However, since we believe that you should wear whatever you feel most comfortable in, every piece of our collection can also be worn as unisex garments. Just make sure to check the size chart for each item you are interested in to order the size that works best for you.

We suggest visiting the product page and selecting the color way, product, and size that you're interested in and click the "Notify Me" button to receive an email if an out-of-stock item does become available at a later date.
Each of our product comes with care instructions attached to the garment. Please follow them carefully to ensure its longevity.

Orders
We offer various payment methods in different countries. In most countries, we accept credit cards and PayPal.
In some countries, we additionally offer country-specific payment methods.
It’s relatively easy: in the checkout process, you will see which payment methods are available when shipping to your country.
Yes. After placing an order with Volaire, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice for the purchase of your items from us. Something did not work or got lost in translation? Please contact us.

If you wish to cancel or edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. We will do our best to satisfy your demand. Once your payment is validated, orders cannot be canceled or edited; you may simply return your item to us.

Based on your residence area and pre-set preferences with the delivery courier, your package may have been delivered to a post station, mailbox or even a neighbor of whom may have accepted the package in your absence.
If you still cannot find your package, please contact your delivery courier with the tracking number on your shipment notification for more information. If the courier could not help you, don’t hesitate to contact us.
If any of the delivered products you received are damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping
Standard domestic shipments usually take 3-5 business days to ship. International shipments typically take 5-7 business days to ship. Please note that shipping times may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables outside of our control.
Every shipment of our goods to you is free of shipping charges. We only ship to countries that do not require payment of customs or import fees.
We ship our goods within the European Union.
Specifically, delivery to the following countries is possible:

Delivery to other countries is currently not possible, but we are working on that.
All our orders are shipped via DHL for all international destinations.

If you are having any problems tracking your items, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Yes, delivery to a packing station is also possible. Please select your preferred delivery during your checkout process.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original labels attached and all packaging. No product that has been worn or is used or damaged will be accepted for return.
If these conditions are not met, Volaire reserves the right to refuse the return and refund. In such circumstances, the item will be returned to you.
The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days upon delivery.

Please allow approximately 14 days for us to process the returned order.
To return products, the following conditions must be met:

The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
Customers will not be refunded for additional shipping costs if any are incurred.
Returns or exchanges that are worn, damaged or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted.
